Teishin Class - Mondays 4/13-5/4/20

A four-week intensive review of teishin techniques. We will start with the basics of tonification and dispersion and introduce various styles of teishin work. This gives students an opportunity to ensure that their technique is precisely correct and practice on others who can give feedback. Small class size allows for plenty of individualized instruction. Class will run Mondays, 1:30-3:30 on 4/13, 4/20, 4/27, 5/4.
